Exploration Station: Cardboard Robot Grabbers

This week in Exploration Station, we will be using technology to understand the simple mechanisms of robotics.

Kids will work with common household items to create their very own robot hands. They'll be using cardboard, straws, tape, glue, string, and rubber bands to make a moving hand capable of picking up objects!

All materials will be provided and all are welcome to attend. If you are planning on bringing a large group (10+ people) please contact the Youth Librarian team for accommodations. This session may get messy so be sure to wear appropriate clothes!
