Exploration Station: Basket Weaving

This week in Exploration Station, we will be using engineering to understand the art basket weaving.   

Kids will learn how much engineering goes into making something as simple as a basket by using water and a roll of reed and to create their structure.

All materials will be provided and all are welcome to attend. If you are planning on bringing a large group (10+ people) please contact the Youth Librarian team for accommodations. This session may get messy so be sure to wear appropriate clothes!
