Program Description

Event Details

This week in Exploration Station, we'll be exploring the mathematical basics of measurements, symmetry, and the running stitch.

Kids will choose a pattern/fabric, then they'll use a needle and thread to create their very own plushie. We'll also be: threading needles, making running stitches, and assembling designs. By the end of the session, each child will take home a one-of-a-kind plushie they’ve made themselves!

All materials will be provided and all are welcome to attend. If you are planning on bringing a large group (10+ people) please contact the Youth Librarian team for accommodations.
