Join us for the Pick of the Month Book Club at the library, where each month we explore a new genre—from thrilling mysteries to heartwarming romances, sci-fi, and insightful non-fiction.

The Madison County Public Library will be at Tasty Tuesday for our Tasty Tuesday Book Club! We will Discuss Killers of a Certain Age & participants will receive June's book pick: The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.

We promote preschool literacy with conversation, parachute play, music, movement, and picture books. Activities end with stations (occasionally preschool crafts). It may get messy—please dress appropriately! Meant for ages 3-5.

Teen Tech lets teens explore fun, hands-on STEM activities like tech experiments, engineering challenges, and more. It’s a chance to experience the creative side of technology while building skills and having fun!

Join us for a Family Activity Night hosted by Aspire Mentoring Foundation. Spend the evening enjoying games, activities, crafts, and snacks with your loved ones while having the chance to meet new friends.

Create a rotating conveyor belt using simple materials like toilet paper tubes, dowels, and a cardboard box. Turn the dowels to watch your movie in forward or reverse with this fun, hands-on project.

Join us for an afternoon of fun STEAM activities! From LEGO challenges to arts and crafts, fun experiments and games, learning through play is our goal! Each of the four stations focuses on a different aspect of STEAM education.

Peaceful Play is designed with shy or neurodivergent children in mind, though all are welcome.

Come hang out with friends or meet new friends over a cup of coffee (or tea). Our coffee cart will have everything you need to create a delicious brew. Games, simple crafts, and fun will be provided!

Makers Space open Lab is a time for using the equipment and space in the Maker's Lab to start, work on, or complete projects. Don't have any projects to work on?
