Join us at the Richmond branch for our monthly Teen Takeover, arranged by the members of the Teen Advisory Group (TAG)! This month's theme is all about spooky happenings.
We will be creating sewn Franken-plushies, and painting mini pumpkins. There will also be a showing of Nightmare Before Christmas (PG) 76mins.
