Exploration Station: Spinning Sculptures

This week in Exploration Station, we will be using technology to explore how electromagnetism can make objects move. 

Kids will use batteries, copper wire, magnets, paper, markers, tape, and googly eyes to make their sculptures. We'll precariously assemble them to make them spin!

All materials will be provided and all are welcome to attend. If you are planning on bringing a large group (10+ people) please contact the Youth Librarian team for accommodations. This session may get messy so be sure to wear appropriate clothes!
