Story Time
We promote preschool literacy with conversation, parachute play, music, movement, and picture books. Activities end with stations (occasionally preschool crafts). It may get messy—please dress appropriately! Meant for ages 3-5.

Yoga Story Time
In this program, preschoolers learn about their bodies, build strength, and practice mindfulness through yoga, reading, and movement—perfect for those who love to move and need help with emotional regulation. Meant for ages 3-5.
