Start your week off with Mellow Monday Yoga. Join us as the instructor, Carrie Mahoney, teaches gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and mindful meditation. This class will focus on helping you start your week off with a bit of self-care and focus.
Mellow Monday Yoga will meet on the second Monday of each month.
