MCPL Outreach is proud to participate in Richmond's annual Halloween Hoedown, sponsored by Richmond Parks and Recreation! Bring the whole family for some spooky fun at Lake Reba Softball Fields in Richmond! The MCPL booth will be in attendance with fun giveaways, plenty of candy, and some ghoulish treats! We look forward to seeing you there! Lake Reba is located at 299 Lake Reba Dr., Richmond. This event is free and open to the public.
