MCPL Outreach is proud to participate in Richmond's annual Halloween Hoedown, sponsored by Richmond Parks and Recreation! Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this year's event will be a "Reverse Parade," a no-contact event in which families will drive through and obtain candy at the end! The MCPL booth will be in attendance within decorations and costumes! We look forward to seeing you there! This event is free and open to the public.
