MCPL Outreach is proud to join the City of Richmond's Annual Millstone Festival! Come join in the fun on Main Street in Richmond as vendors from all over the area celebrate Richmond's heritage! The Madison County Public Library Outreach table will be there with tons of library information, giveaways, displays, partners, and more! This event is free and open to the public.
