MCPL Outreach and Richmond P&R Present - "A Night of Heroes" at Irvine-McDowell Park - Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 - OFFSITE EVENT

MCPL Outreach is proud to partner with Richmond Parks and Recreation to bring you a night to celebrate the heroes that inspire us! Our entire community is invited to join in the heroic action at Irvine-McDowell Park on the evening of Friday, September 29th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Some of our favorite superheroes will be in attendance such as Spider-Man, Spider-Girl, Captain America, and more! We will honor our real-world heroes as well, and joining us will be representatives from the Richmond Police Department, Richmond Fire Department, Madison County CSEPP office, Richmond 911 services, BaptistHealth doctors and nurses, Madison County Sheriff's office, and more! Food trucks will be on-site, as well as fun superhero-themed activities for families and children! Don't forget to stay for a showing of Marvel's smash summer hit "Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3," beginning at dusk. It's going to be a SUPER night to remember as we honor all the heroes who inspire us and do so much good for our community! Irvine-McDowell Park is located at 345 Lancaster Avenue, Richmond.
