Fall into Reading- Hygge & Fairy Light Lanterns: Relax and Read a Book

In collaboration with Berea Parks & Rec, MCPL Outreach, Winterberry Studios & the Forestry Outreach Center have some fun programming to help you fall into reading!

This month's Fall into Reading theme is Hygee: get comfy and read a book. We will focus on how we can create a cozy environment as the weather becomes colder and darker. We will have hot cocoa and cookies, a pop-up library with books to read and check out, and a scent library. 

Heather Dent with Winterberry Studios will have materials available to make fairy light lanterns. This is a perfect activity to prepare for the shortening daylight of winter. Please note that this activity is geared toward teens and adults. It is free, but supplies are limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis.
