Time Traveler's WifeTuesday Night Book Group
Tuesday at 6:30PM
Madison County Public Library
Berea Location

Join us at the Madison County Public Library, 319 Chestnut Street, Berea, on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at 6:30PM for our monthly meeting of the Tuesday Night Book Group. Our March selection is Audrey Niffenegger’s bestselling novel, The Time Traveler’s Wife.

The Time Traveler’s Wife tells the very unusual love story of Henry DeTamble, a dashing librarian who is, involuntarily, a time traveler, and Clare Abshire, an artist whose life follows a natural, sequential course. Henry and Clare meet when she is twenty and he is twenty-eight. For Henry, this is their first meeting; Clare has known Henry since she was six and he was thirty-six. Their life together will be molded by these paradoxes, caused by Henry’s uncontrollable, spur-of-the-moment time traveling. Audrey Niffenegger’s intense, lyrical prose allows this extraordinary story to seem vibrantly real.

Copies of the novel are available at the library’s circulation desk for those interested in attending the Tuesday Night Book Group.

Join us for light refreshments and lively conversation!
